Profile description is invalid 11581

I was finishing a program to create contracts using PayPal's Express Checkout API when I ran into this little issue.

Error: Profile description is invalid.
Error No: 11581

It turns out that the L_BILLINGAGREEMENTDESCRIPTIONn on SetExpressCheckout needs to be the same as DESC on CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile. Exactly the same. Otherwise you will get the profile description is invalid error.
