Ingredients
- Extra Firm Tofu
- Soy Sauce
- Nutritional Yeast (not bakers yeast)
- Sesame Oil (Toasted or untoasted)
Preperation
Cook on Med-High to High the whole time. Start with just oil and sliced tofu (your choice in size). Cook until most of the water cooks away and you have a nice sizzling sound. At this point you'll add some soy sauce and shake things up. Give it a few minutes and then start adding the nutritional yeast. This will be your breaded outside, so you can just sprinkle it on, flip, wait a few minutes and repeat until you have a nice layer on the outside. And that's it. Wait for it to cool down, serve, and eat.
